Caserio is a hotel situated a few metres away from the beach in the lively and popular resort Playa del Ingles. It offers a roof-top chill out area with fantastic views over Maspalomas Dunes and Playa del Inglés.

Fully equipped with modern facilities the hotel has good public transport links, and good local amenities with restaurants and an extensive variety of shops close by. Caserio offers a restaurant with show-cooking.

Fabulous week in a classy adult oy hotel near shops and beachside.

We went half board and the food was well presented, very varied with a different theme every evening. Breakfast was lovely too. So much food on offer. Facilities were excellent, so clean.everywhere, the workforce worked tirelessly to keep everything spic and span, all good quality equipment and plenty of beds or chairs to sit outside in the sunshine or under cover. Good air conditioning system and also nice to have a large balcony not over looked by others. Staff on reception were so helpful with good English to advise us. Great location, short walk from the sea front and nearby shops and flat too, a bonus. Adult only was a bonus for us, calm.and quiet environment with everything geared around adults, mostly middle or older aged.

I would have liked teabags, coffee and some milk in the rooms or accessible at reception Kettle and small fridge in room was handy though.

We enjoy a great mix for relaxation, activities, good food and the very best of attention from the staff.

Location and hotel facilities are excellent. We have stayed in Hotel Caserío over 10 times and your wonderful animation team were the best we encountered during our Feb stay.

Great Hotel, Great location, nothing negative to say, would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, check in was quick and courteous, ( the towel situation was not explained but we worked this out the following morning) The hotel was spotless and smelt clean at all times. Our Room 701 was mountain facing which was fine, and everything was in good working order, clean and the bed was very comfy and a super king. Plenty of wardrobe space and places to store our things. A kettle and fridge in room was so handy, I always bring the ready made coffee sachets for a quick cup before heading to breakfast. The food at breakfast was great, a huge variety and fresh, breakfast runs till 10.30 and the staff were very accommodating after this time, asking if there was anything else we needed before they started to clear it away. The pool area was so relaxing, although it may seem that there isn't many beds we never struggled to get them after breakfast. Sun loungers and cabana beds super comfy. We only went up to the roof once, again clean and comfy surroundings, although i didn't see anywhere to get refreshments, so we stayed at the main pool. Overall great hotel and great location ( 2 mins from the beach/the Irish centre/the bus station)

The sunbeds around the pool were quite cramped, but it didn't affect our stay, just would have been nice to have a bit more room to manoeuvre them

Comfortable hotel in a good location

Great location, 5 minutes from the beach. Big rooms with a nice terrace. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Free parking. Nice pool with lots of loungers available for guests

The room was a bit bland, lacked character. Pool should be open until 6pm rather than 5.

Wonderful

Location, staff like Mustafa gave me a good suggestion to visit places around by bicycle. The other receptionist was very helpful and everybody looked after me. The hotel hosted a different show every night, and regarding food a lot of variety for breakfast and dinner by buffet.

Bed Smell on the shower by the pool and jacuzzi.

Fantastic

Lovely Hotel in an excellent location with everything you need on the doorstep. Hotels facilities are great especially the pool and gym, and activities to join should you wish to do so. The added bonus of a rooftop solarium with amazing views. Meals were good, fabulous choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Every area of the Hotel was very clean and the staff always friendly.

Wi fi signal not great on the higher floors. Food could have been a little hotter, maybe adding a couple of microwaves to the dining room would allow guests to use (should they choose to)

Friendly professional staff, large rooms, good facilities

Couple of minor issues, bedside light bulb not working, glass wall light shade missing in room. Minor faults in an otherwise decent room.

Great adult only hotel.

Excellent location close to beach, bars and shops . Good public transport close by. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food very good. Bar prices very reasonable for a hotel. Good gym and great pool plus roof terrace with spa pool.

As with all holiday hotels they suffer from the inconsiderate who think they have the sole right to their personal sun loungers reserving very early and leaving unoccupied, other than by a towel, for hours. Some also believe restaurant dress code does not apply to them.

Cant wait to return

Location is perfect with everything you need within the hotel or on the doorstep. Breakfast and dinner help yourself buffet is superb. Literally something for everyone. The pool is great with super comfortable lounges as it the rooftop area with private area. Room immaculate and clean and comfortable with nice balcony with amazing views to the sea, beach and strip. Fridge a bonus too.Would love to return asap lol. Special mention to the staff too who were all attentive and real genuine friendly.

Some tea/coffe in the room would be nice. Lifts a little anxiety inducing but not to bad.

Exceptional

The room was a decent size, the bed was really comfortable, perfect for one person! The pool facilities were incredible, staff were really friendly & accommodating. And the buffet offered for dinner was amazing, a great selection of foods!!

There isn't much I can fault, maybe breakfast! But I'm not much of a breakfast person. Other than that everything was great!!

A relaxing week in a decent quality / priced hotel

Large rooms, good variety of tv channels, comfortable beds. Plenty of day beds (extremely comfortable) by pool, on roof terrace and separate nudist terrace. I especially likely the well equipped gym. Food was ok, buffet style, plenty of variety and adequate quality for a hotel of this style / size. Staff courteous and efficient. Large spar supermarket directly opposite hotel.

Minor points: Small lifts. No free water / towels / disinfectant spray available when using gym.

We had a really relaxing time, nice and quiet, peaceful throughout the day and the evening entertainment was enjoyable.

The location, the pool, the food, the service, the staff….all top class.

The only ‘slight’ negative was the lifts. Long waits, not a lot the hotel can do about that I know….but as we were on the 3rd floor, we mostly used the stairs….

Amazing hotel

The facilities were fantastic. Beautiful big comfy sun beds. Staff were very helpful and super friendly. Great variety of food for breakfast and dinners. Bed was the best we've ever slept in on holidays.

The only fault I have (and it's very minor) is that there is a kettle and cups in the room but no tea/coffee/sugar, but there is a supermarket right across the street.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay in a quiet area near the prom and beach.

Breakfast was excellent, we loved the show cooking of eggs and omelette. Dinner very good also, salads were very nice. Beds very comfortable and the sunbeds were exceptionally comfortable.

The lifts seemed very busy, we were very lucky to avoid having to use them due to being on the ground floor so we had just 1 flight of stairs to restaurant and pool area.

What was the highlight of Hotel Caserio Playa del Inglés

Good relaxing holiday

The hotel was very nice on average, well furnished and the pool area is lovely as well. My personal highlight was the buffet as it was very diverse. I really appreciated the curtesy room the staff provided for us to have a final shower after checking out. The gym is also very convenient and functional, I used it almost every day. Most of the staff was super friendly, I would like to thank the animation, Douglas and Sarah who always had a smile, the waiters, Epig, Alexis, Salem and Eniko, who were super efficient and friendly as well. They really helped me feel comfortable.

As I said above most of the staff was nice but I was really disappointed by most of the receptionists, some of them were even rude which gave me a bad first impression of the hotel. The lifts are quite old and there are only two of them for 8 floors and many rooms in each floor so I was using the stairs most of the time.

a really relaxing and stress free stay.

The rooms were well kept and clean. Breakfast and evening meal were self service and very good there was also a hot service both at breakfast and evening meal and there was a variety of dishes. The pool area was lovely with plenty of comfortable beds and shaded beds. The pool was easy to get into with a gentle slope. This is the 2nd time of visiting this year.

The only obvious thing would have been free water for the evening meal rather than having to pay for bottled water.
